The location was perfect for exploring the city, with the Glover Garden and Nagasaki Chinatown all within walking distance. I really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The vintage feel of the hotel added a nice charm to our stay, and we enjoyed the early check-in option as our room was ready when we arrived. However, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit troublesome at times, particularly for Apple devices.

the decor was mildly charming, but the lack of breakfast despite my reservation was appalling! Also, the bathroom had a mold issue that was inexcusable. I expected some sort of complimentary gesture for my troubles, but apparently, that's not how they treat guests here. it’s almost like they don't value repeat stays at all, how sad.

the check-in process was a bit slow,, but the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating 😊. the breakfast spread had so many choices and local delicacies, and the room was spacious with a great view! definitely a charming place.

It was just an excellent fit for a transient stop in Nagasaki with good value for price. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a good night's rest after a day of exploring. Use the elevator for parking, it's a bit quirky but handy for avoiding street parking issues.

The hotel has this unique Iberian vibe! Super interesting decor with little tiles everywhere. The breakfast buffet had a ton of choices, especially all those local delicacies, I mean, you gotta try those little cakes!

It wasn't the cheapest place around but it was still acceptable.

We had a great time exploring the nearby attractions. The free shuttle bus to Mt. Inasa made night views accessible. Enjoyed dining at Gusto close by! Just a heads-up, no vending machines, but complimentary water was a nice touch. Perfect for families!
